Three disabled sailors in transat 2002

Then in 2002, a crew of three sailors with disabilities (Marc Mollo, Philippe Marin, Yves Breda-Brun) sailed from Marseille to Guadeloupe without any external assistance. It was a first. They had left Marseille on December 11, 2002 and reached Guadeloupe on January 25, 2003.

Mixed crew in Transat 2000 : five members of the oragnization Voiles aux Large, two paraplegic and three able-bodied sailors, sailed across the Atlantic Ocean, on board the sailboat Angiolina, a boat adapted to sailors with disabilities. It was a first.
They left Marseille on December 12, 1999 and arrived in Pointre à Pitre, Guadeloupe, on January 27, 2000.
